SkyBright™ Star Projector FAQs

Why is my remote not working?

Due to shipping restrictions, we are currently unable to include batteries with our orders. You'll need to purchase 2 x AAA batteries for your remote. If your remote is still not working after inserting a battery, please contact our support team.

Why did my SkyBright™ Star Projector turn off automatically?

The SkyBright™ Star Projector has a built-in shutdown feature that will automatically power down the device after 4 hours to ensure the lamp does not over-heat. The projector is also equiped with a sleep timer function that can be set to 1 or 2 increments hours using the included remote.

How do I connect to my SkyBright™ Star Projector via Bluetooth?

After you have plugged in your projector via the included power cord, you will need to open the Bluetooth settings on your device and select the option labeled "BTK10" (iPhone example below). This will automatically connect your device to the projector and you can begin using the built in speaker.

Why don't I see the Bluetooth option to connect to BTK10?

When powering on the projector, you should hear the message "Bluetooth is on" from the speaker.

If you did not hear this message, you will need to either reset the bluetooth function by turning the projector off and back on, or by holding down the button on the back of the projector labeled BT off/on.

If you did hear the message but still cannot locate the BTK10 option, we recommend restarting the device you wish to connect and checking again.
