Why hasn't my order been shipped?


There may be a couple reasons your order hasn't been shipped yet:

1. It's brand new!

Orders usually take between 2-4 business days to be shipped from our warehouses. During this time we are working hard to get your order ready for shipping as fast as possible.Orders placed with priority processing usually take between 1-2 days to be shipped from our warehouses.

2. There may an issue with the order details.

If you haven't recieved shipping confirmation and it's been more than 2-4 business days, we recommend double checking your email (Check the spam folder too!) for anything from support@virallights.com. Occasionally there may be an issue with some details on the order, such as the shipping address, and we have attempted to reach out to you.

If you notice an issue with your shipping address but have not recieved an email from us, please reach out as soon as possible with your order number and updated shipping information.
